John and Janet and all their staff run a wonderful business. We have been clients for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is excellent, their location is great, their waiting area is clean and comfortable, they are extraordinarily pleasant to deal with and very honest and trustworthy. They allow you to wait for an inspection, not a lot of garages allow that. That was my #1 concern because I'm on 3rd shift ! AP doesn't do any additional work without your OK. They also suggest repairs that may be needed according to the manufacturer and your mileage. If your vehicle needs to stay longer, they offer you a loaner car !! I've already brought my car there without an appointment because I was desperate. They were fine with that ! The only thing I'm not happy to see on the bill is a $35 charge for shop supplies and waste. Other than this, I'm satisfied with AP's policy and work.

As always, the service at AutoPro is excellent and the staff is very friendly and courteous. I was late on my inspection and Heather was able to get me scheduled quickly. I would definitely recommend AutoPro!!!
