I wish I had found Auto Pro’s sooner. Background: my car would expel a big puff of smoke from the exhaust when I started the ignition. My car is my life. From driving to work and then driving my mom around to her appointments, I couldn’t be without a car. I will not use the dealership due to past problems. Also, the auto care that I usually go to are limited in what they can repair. I asked around and did some research. I was not lead astray. Alex got me in quickly. I was able to use a loaner car from them. They narrowed what the problem was and offered the fix. Science is a big part of my job and if you anything about scientific method, you can understand why I felt more at ease when I was told that the solution offered was found to be effective for other vehicles. They worked their magic. I got my car back and since (knocking on wood) no more puff of smoke. Honestly, anytime I have something wrong with my car, I really feel it is the end of the world for me. It is a huge disruption. But Auto Pro came through 100% in so many ways. Thank you so so much!

Good people, fair price . Car failed inspection but they are still giving me my stickers after I complete the necessary work on my car . Most shops would charge you twice.

So many things to like: honesty - dealership told me 3 years ago brake pads needed to be replaced / Auto Pro said today, brake pads are good for a long time (humm, same brake pads!) ... service - they have loaner vehicles, a big plus for getting to work ... extended hours - Wahoo ... comfortable waiting room with a large fish tank, coffee bar, & water - refreshing. Thank you, Auto Pro, for adding these special touches and providing a trust worthy service.

Came in for an inspection, first time ever coming to this auto shop as my close friend is a mechanic in gilbertsville but was unavailable , glad I picked Auto Pro! They were very nice , accurate on wait times, even gave me a loaner car to wait at home instead of the shop. Overall pleased with my experience, already made another appointment for some maintenance on my car!
