Reading Auto Repair

Called around all morning other shops looking for an appointment for a wheel alignment within 3 day range, after damaging and replacing a tire on front end. Everyone was booked for 2 weeks in advance. Kept going down the list and called Auto Pro. To my surprise they took me in same day. Very professional and friendly. John explained to me that although symptoms on vehicle might suggest needing a wheel alignment, best approach was to test vehicle. Even offer me the option to drop off the car and take one of their lenders. I had the day off so I declined his offer, still appreciated. Results. Balancing tires was needed, and only the rear end alignment (Not the front as I initially though). Total cost was fair. They just earned a new costumer. Would recommend.

Always helpful and on time

This place is horrible. Friendly to your face but beware. Do not take your car there or purchase a vehicle from the Mcrea feamily. Very bad idea.

Good people to deal with

We ve just moved in USA from Europe and our first service was in Auto pro.We were amazed with everything they did for us. Great service, amazing people there and we will remember that whole of our lives. We are so happy because this kind of people still exist. We will recommend them to everyone who we will meet in our future life in the States.

I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Pro for the past 11 years. The staff is always professional and the service is top notch. They always do their best to accommodate my schedule. They have even gone out of their way when I was in need of a repair right before my vacation. John is excellent!
