Comfortable waiting room. Watercolors on the radio plus a cool fish tank occupy your time in Auto Pro's waiting room. One suggestion: When you adjust a customer's seat, please return it to where the customer had it. OK?

First time taking my car there. Alex and John were pleasant and professional. They did a great job of explaining what was needed for my car. Pictures were sent to me in order to show the parts that were broke or wearing down. I got a phone call from John after the pics were sent so he could explain everything plus to see which route I wanted to go in order to fix my car. I will definitely take my car back and continue to go back for maintenance, inspections, etc...

First time taking my car there for inspection after my normal mechanic was booked. I couldn't be happier about my choice. The staff is extremely polite and explained everything to me. Not to mention I had my car back in one day!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!! Thanks again for the awesome service!!!

Everything about this place is extraordinary. The folks that run the place are very friendly, warm, and it's one of the best run small businesses I've seen. The way they integrate technology makes the customer experience seamless. For example, they text you with updates and links to photos and reports so that you can see everything that's going on with your car almost in real time. They're also super communicative and transparent. Last but not least they treat your car like it's theirs and they treat customers like dear friends.

After a poor experience with Masano Ford, John & company completed the inspection on our van. Found the staff to be friendly, competent, and professional. Will be using Auto Pro going forward.
