Reading Auto Repair

Today, I had a flat tire and I did not want to call my insurance for roadside assistance because my car does not carry a spare; just a jack, tire iron, tow hook, air compressor, and patch kit. I googled the nearest repair shop, and Auto Pro came up. Luckily, I only had to limp my car one block to the lot. When I got there, I thought I would only need a patch. After the technician took a look and found the leak, he told me that a patch was not an option for the sake of my safety. They were more than happy to show me the damage, explain why a patch fix could not be done, and install 2 new tires that were comparable to the ones I had on my car. This was a bit of a stressful situation, to say the least. The front desk attendant and technician were not only knowledgeable, and professional, but also understanding and courteous. Within 2 hours, I was back on the road, and I did not have to break my wallet in doing so. They offer a comfortable lounge to relax in while you wait, complete with a phone charging station, reclining chair, couches, and complimentary drinks. I was afraid that I would not be able to get my car back up and running in the same day, but they bent over backwards and got the new tires there in what seemed like a blink of an eye with all things considered. Thank you Auto Pro for rectifying the problem in a timely manner, along with putting my safety and well being first rather than seeing me as just another customer with nowhere else to go. You guys rock! 5 gold stars!!!

The people at Auto Pro were very helpful and pleasant. They were very professional with working on my car, and cooperative in arranging finances to pay for the work done on my car.

This place is great. I would drive by it almost daily, as it's close to my home. As a rule; I can fix most things in my garage but have found that life demands more time than it used to. This made me wary of mechanic shops for some reason. I was tired of my wife reminding me that her check engine light was on after clearing it several times and replacing all all O2 sensors and I didn't have time to deal with 10yo exhaust studs/bolts. Mervine's actually turned it down out of concern of complexity (not faulting him, just painting the full picture) Brandon at Auto Pro was happy to handler it. He and his team take a very well balanced approach to diagnosing issues. They don't just throw parts at problems but don't get into analysis paralysis either. As a mechanically inclined person I obviously love all of the updates I get. The Jeep came out, runs good, no light happy wife! This inclined me to take my SAAB TX to have the rear diff replaced (wasn't doing any good in the factory package on my work bench...) and suspension overhauled (got air to pick it up so I don't plow snow). They handled that mess of work with grace and ingenuity. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.
