Today, I had a flat tire and I did not want to call my insurance for roadside assistance because my car does not carry a spare; just a jack, tire iron, tow hook, air compressor, and patch kit. I googled the nearest repair shop, and Auto Pro came up. Luckily, I only had to limp my car one block to the lot. When I got there, I thought I would only need a patch. After the technician took a look and found the leak, he told me that a patch was not an option for the sake of my safety. They were more than happy to show me the damage, explain why a patch fix could not be done, and install 2 new tires that were comparable to the ones I had on my car. This was a bit of a stressful situation, to say the least. The front desk attendant and technician were not only knowledgeable, and professional, but also understanding and courteous. Within 2 hours, I was back on the road, and I did not have to break my wallet in doing so. They offer a comfortable lounge to relax in while you wait, complete with a phone charging station, reclining chair, couches, and complimentary drinks. I was afraid that I would not be able to get my car back up and running in the same day, but they bent over backwards and got the new tires there in what seemed like a blink of an eye with all things considered. Thank you Auto Pro for rectifying the problem in a timely manner, along with putting my safety and well being first rather than seeing me as just another customer with nowhere else to go.
